Have any Questions?
Do participants need any technical skills to build the wheelchairs?
None at all. Teams are provided with full tool kits and clear guidance. The process is designed to be accessible and engaging for everyone regardless of background.
How does the donation finale work?
At the end of the session, completed wheelchairs are presented to representatives from an old age home in a closing ceremony. It is a moment that consistently moves participants in ways they do not expect.
Is this suitable for senior leadership teams?
It is particularly powerful for leadership teams. The act of building something with their hands for someone in need creates a shared human experience that cuts through hierarchy and titles completely.
What do participants say after the experience?
Most describe it as the most meaningful team activity they have ever been part of. The combination of competition, creativity, and genuine human impact creates an emotional depth that stays with people long after the day is over.
