Participants return from the challenge energised, connected, and with a quiet new confidence in what their team can figure out together.

Have any Questions?
Do participants need any prior experience with geocaching or GPS navigation?
None at all. The app is intuitive and the format is designed for complete beginners. Teams pick it up within minutes and are fully immersed shortly after.
What kind of challenges are found at the cache stations?
Each cache contains clues and tasks that range from creative problem-solving to physical mini-challenges, ensuring that every type of participant has a moment where their particular strength makes the difference.
How is the designated venue chosen and set up?
Success Tea conducts a detailed site recce in advance to map the venue, plant the caches, and design the challenge stations. The location is chosen to maximise exploration potential while keeping the experience safe and logistically smooth.
What do participants say about the experience?
That it made them see a familiar place completely differently. When you are hunting for something hidden with your team, every path becomes interesting and every corner holds possibility. That shift in perspective, from passive observer to active explorer, is exactly what great team building is supposed to create.
