Alok Verma is an International facilitator and TEDx speaker who has inspired positive change in the lives of his audience for almost a decade. With 19 years of working experience in IT, ITES, and the L&D sector.
Alok has worked in the field of Sales, Customer support, Business Development, Corporate Training and Facilitation. He has helped more than 60+ corporates, both in India and globally, to build a better team and develop a better understanding of interpersonal relationships. He has also been the Keynote speaker on a host of topics including Innovation and Time Management. His expertise has helped multiple teams to conceptualize learning engagement activities and consequently execute memorable workshops and events.
Mrinalini looks into all the operations behind the show.
She is a champion in inventory management and administration. Mrinalini comes with a diversified background. After doing her Masters in Biotechnology. She worked with a leading pharmaceutical company in India. Followed by working in a consulting firm. Mrinalini loves to organize things and watch movies.
Deepak is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with 5 years of experience in Co-Facilitation and Customer Excellence. He is always eager to learn and build new experiences. Creativity is Deepak’s strong suit. He believes that the true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, who started his career with Lenskart and then worked with Focus U Engage for 4 years.
Deepak is a wonderful dancer. He has done a dance training programme with Shiamak Dawar International India Pvt. He was a part of Urban Singh Crew in Gurugram as well. His other love is to indulge in nature photography.
Saurabh looks into business development and Client Servicing in Success Tea. Saurabh is an amazingly warm personality with a never-say-no attitude.
He accepts any new challenge that is being thrown at him. One of his biggest strengths is to challenge the status quo in everything he does. He Co-facilitated over 60 workshops. Total working experience of over 11 years. Graduated from IHM Meerut in Hospitality Administration. Skilled in Corporate Training, Team Building, Virtual Engagement, Experiential Learning, Food & Beverage, Banquet Operations, Hospitality Management and Customer Service. Saurabh likes to meet new people, and travel. He is always hunting for fun and adventure with new learning experiences. He loves to cook and bake in his free time and go for long drives with nice music. Also a foodie, Saurabh enjoys exploring new restaurants in the city. He is an avid sports person and enjoys playing football or cricket during his free time.

We had worked with Alok for a 2 day program in Ahmedabad where we were setting up a new factory.
