Know the activity

Body · Mind · Sole.

BOMS stands for Body, Mind, and Sole. Not soul. Sole, as in running shoes, as in getting up, getting out, and getting moving. The BOMS Challenge is a virtual team activity that refuses to let a screen be an excuse for sitting still. Teams split into smaller groups and receive physical tasks, mental puzzles, and running challenges to complete in their own spaces, then share back through photos and videos. The result is a rolling, laughter-filled stream of teammates doing ridiculous, impressive, and surprisingly creative things—competing for points and showing up for each other.

Why should you choose it?

Make the experience matter.

01

Break the mould of passive virtual participation by getting people moving wherever they are.

02

Mix body, mind, and movement challenges so different strengths can shine.

03

Use photo and video sharing to create spontaneous, often hilarious team moments.

04

Build momentum with optional pre-event challenges before the main activity.

05

Connect teams across cities, time zones, and home environments.

The result

A shared effort that stays with you.

BOMS does something many virtual activities cannot: it gets people out of their chairs. By the time scores are tallied and the best moments are shared, teams will have moved their bodies, stretched their minds, and laughed together. Seeing colleagues take on challenges in their own environments creates a warmth and closeness that polished virtual formats rarely achieve.
