Requires zero artistic skill, just enthusiasm, presence, and a willingness to get a little paint on your clothes
Creates a school environment that is more inspiring and welcoming for the children who learn there every day
Delivers one of the most photogenic, shareable, and emotionally resonant CSR experiences available
Result
Teams finish the Makeover Challenge standing in front of something they made together, something colourful, alive, and permanently woven into the fabric of a school community. The creative process strips away hierarchy and inhibition in a way that few activities can. And when participants step back and see the full mural come together, knowing that children will arrive the next morning to a school that looks completely different, the pride in the room is something that no certificate or trophy can replicate.

Have any Questions?
Do participants need any artistic ability?
Not even slightly. The professional street artists handle all the design and sketching in advance. Your team’s job is to bring energy and fill the colours in. The result looks stunning regardless of artistic background.
How long does the makeover take?
The session is designed to be completed within the activity window, with the full mural coming together progressively as teams work across different sections of the wall simultaneously.
What kind of designs are painted on the walls?
The designs are created in collaboration with the street artists and are chosen to be meaningful, age-appropriate, and uplifting for the school’s students. Think bold colours, inspiring imagery, and visuals that make a child feel seen and celebrated.
What do participants say when they see the finished mural?
That it is the most tangible thing they have ever made as a team. There is something deeply satisfying about a result you can photograph, point to, and say with complete honesty: we did that together, and it is going to be here long after we have gone.
