The act of building a shelter for a creature that cannot ask for one brings out a gentleness and sense of shared purpose that is rare in a corporate setting. Participants leave feeling connected to each other, connected to their community, and reminded that small acts of care, done together, add up to something that truly matters.

Have any Questions?
Do participants need any building or carpentry skills?
Not at all. The activity is designed for everyone, and teams are guided through the building process from start to finish. The effort and heart matter far more than any technical skill.
What happens to the kennels after the activity?
Every kennel is handed over to the partnering animal NGO, which ensures they reach stray animals in need of shelter, particularly during harsh weather.
How does the NGO partnership work?
We collaborate with a vetted local animal welfare organisation that manages the distribution of the kennels and ensures they are placed where they are needed most.
What do participants say after the experience?
That it felt real in a way that surprised them. Building something with your hands for an animal that has nothing is a deeply human experience. Most teams say it is one of the few corporate activities that genuinely moved them.
