Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Success Tea Consultants, we value your trust and investment in our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our workshops, training programs, and consulting services.

By registering for our services through the Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Workshops & Training Programs

  • Cancellations by Participants

    • Requests made 7 or more days before the event date: Eligible for a full refund or free transfer to another session (subject to availability).

    • Requests made 3–6 days before the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund or free transfer to another session.

    • Requests made less than 72 hours before the event date: Non-refundable.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable.

3. Consulting & Corporate Engagements

  • Once a consulting engagement or corporate training agreement is confirmed and invoiced, fees are non-refundable.

  • However, rescheduling may be accommodated upon mutual agreement and subject to trainer availability.

4. Cancellations by Success Tea

  • In rare cases where we must reschedule or cancel an event/program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, minimum participant requirements not met):

    • Participants will be notified promptly.

    • You will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to another date/program at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Customized corporate programs,

  • One-on-one consulting sessions already delivered,

  • Digital materials, toolkits, or resources once shared.
