Tools for School

Know The Activity

School supplies should never be a luxury. But for many young students in our communities, they are. Tools for School is a team building experience that puts that reality at the centre of the room and challenges your team to do something about it. Through a series of creative mental and physical challenges, teams earn points that go toward assembling fully stocked backpacks filled with essential school supplies. Every challenge completed brings a child one step closer to walking into a classroom ready to learn. When the backpacks are gifted to the kids, the room does not just celebrate a win. It feels one.

Result

Teams leave Tools for School with more than a good memory. They leave knowing that a child somewhere is sitting at a desk with a pencil, a notebook, and a backpack that their team put together. That kind of impact is rare in a corporate setting, and it does something profound to how a team sees itself. Participants return to work feeling proud of their organisation, proud of each other, and quietly reminded of why doing good work matters.

Through a mix of creative mental and physical challenges designed around cooperation and communication. Points accumulate toward completing a backpack, so every challenge directly contributes to the final gift.

The fully stocked backpacks are gifted to students in the local community, children who genuinely need them to participate fully in their education.

Your team earns every single item that goes into those backpacks. That process of working for the outcome, rather than simply writing a cheque, creates a much deeper sense of ownership and emotional connection to the giving.

It catches most people off guard. Teams come in expecting a fun activity and leave having experienced something genuinely moving. Seeing the direct human impact of their effort changes the conversation around what a team is actually capable of.
