If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions: The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Company: (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Success Tea Consultants, located at address: Kothi no 1, Chandan Nagar Road, Sector 15, Part 2, Gurugram, Haryana 122001
  • Services: refer to the professional training and coaching programs offered by Success Tea Consultants.
  • Orders: mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
  • Website: refers to Success Tea Consultants, accessible from hello@successtea.com.
  • You: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We stand by our commitment to your satisfaction. You have the right to cancel Your Order within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with our services.

We guarantee refunds in cases where our customers are not entirely satisfied with the services provided. We will process your refund promptly upon receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the Order, without any additional fees incurred by you.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You placed the Order.

Conditions for Cancellations

In order for the cancellation to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The cancellation request is made within 14 days of placing the Order.
  • The services have not been fully rendered or utilized.
  • In case of a cancellation, 10 days before the workshop, 80% of the amount would be payable.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations and refunds if the above conditions are not met, or if the services have been substantially utilized.
